Join us for Brasseurs à la Brasserie, a one-night-only celebration of bold flavors and Bavarian craftsmanship. In partnership with Ayinger Privatbrauerei, Brasserie du Monde presents a five-course beer dinner as part of Sacramento Beer Week—preceded by a lively cocktail hour to welcome the evening.
Each course will be paired with one of Ayinger’s iconic beers, including crisp Bavarian Pils, vibrant Bräuweisse, and the legendary Celebrator Doppelbock. From delicate wheat ales to rich seasonal bocks, the evening will explore the depth of German brewing through the lens of our French-inspired cuisine.

Price includes all food, beer pairings, tax, and gratuity. Seating begins at 6:30 PM. Please note: This is a one-night-only event with limited availability. Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred.
